"I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay. The downside was the food from the bar, which was not up to the Hotel standards. I did talk with the manager and he compensated my meal which was kind. The reason I mentioned this is so that they can improve the cooking method to make the food more palatable. ..."

Great Victoria Hotel
"The greeting at reception set the tone for the stay. The car park situated next to the hotel had always been free but was now chargeable. Rather than helping with this, the receptionist didn't even look up just said download the app and sort it out then I will check you in. This was time consuming ..."
