"The room was very clean and well upkept. Breakfast was great, The only complaint we had was that we took our showers with cold water as there was no hot water. When we spoke to the front desk the answer was, "oh you could of used the shower in the pool room". It seems as though we should of received a message about this option."

"Would recommend this hotel if you have a major procedure at Dartmouth Hitchcock and need to stay a night or more. My partner had a surgery, and Courtyard Hanover/Lebanon was the best choice one could ask for for easy access to the hospital (0.8 miles away). Very short walk or drive to Starbucks for morning coffee, a 24 hour pharmacy to pick up her meds, and a solid Co-op grocery to pick up some meals for us while she recovered. Clean rooms, and the staff were kind about delaying our checkout a bit to accommodate our reduced mobility."
