"Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. "The hotel staff are nice and the rooftop pool and hot tub are a great bonus. The restaurant has an impressive view but the menu is quite extravagant and extremely limited. Room service only offers the few dishes that are on the main restaurant menu. We felt quite isolated as there are no restaurants, bars etc in walking distance. You really do need to hire a car - but driving there as a tourist is quite scary! Taxis are slow to come and quite expensive. The rooms are very basic but the AC was...
