"I tried to contact the property numerous times, by text and phone calls, no answer and no reply. I tried to cancel my reservation as France was having a 108°F. 42°C heatwave. The property has no air conditioning, which I knew, but being a deathly record high heatwave there was no way we could have been remotely comfortable. I couldn't cancel.
