"The hotel was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and the location offered just enough without being in the middle of Chamonix. "

"Apartment lovely with beautiful views, however when booked it stated there was a cafe and patisserie and bar on site, all these were closed as it was seasonal. This was not made clear. There were no staff on site, any issues had to be dealt with via email. The rental company for the apartment were very good. They had provided essential amenities and a complimentary bottle of wine, which was appreciated. The main issue we had that we booked expecting there to be places that we could purchase food."
