Le plus : la restauration sur place, de belles et bonnes assiettes avec la spécialité locale : la raclette mais aussi d'autres très bonnes choses à déguster. "Séjour en famille à l’Hôtel Héliopic à Chamonix. Première impression mitigée : en appelant l’hôtel pour confirmer les horaires de la piscine, j’ai appris qu’elle est réservée aux moins de 18 ans de 10h à 14h. Voyageant en famille pour profiter du spa ensemble, cela a été une vraie déception. L’information existe mais est peu visible sur le site. L’échange téléphonique avec la conciergerie a été froid et très procédurier ; on m’a même répondu que je “n’avais pas à réserver sur Expedia”, ce qui...

"Even though the weather wasn’t great and we couldn’t take the cable car to Aiguille du Midi, we still really enjoyed our time in Chamonix. The staff were very friendly and even let us park our car early — free parking is a real bonus here! Our two-bedroom apartment was huge, fully equipped, and had a massive balcony with amazing mountain views. The hot breakfast was excellent. The only downsides were that the laundry machine was out of order and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner....

"言葉がうまくできないのにちゃんと聞いてくださるスタッフさんでとても感謝しています 10月だったからか、そこまでうるさいわけではなく、シンプルで安全なホテルステイでした。部屋に冷蔵庫やケトルはないですが、お願いしたらケトルを貸してくださったり、冷蔵庫に食べ物を入れてくれたりしました。初日に停電があって困りましたが、総じて私はこのホテルが感謝に値すると思っています。本当にありがとうございました。実は景色もとてもいいんだと思います。私は静かな部屋を希望したので、ベストの景色と言えなかったのですが、多分すごく素敵な景色を味わえるゲストもたくさんいると思います。お勧めします。"
