"Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday...

"Lovely spacious apartment, very central. Unfortunately noisy at night, music and laughter until 3am most nights despite being in top floor apartment with all windows shut. Otherwise a lovely place to stay and had everything we needed, helpful reception and very clean."

"Wurden von Fr. Linda sehr nett am Gardasee empfangen. Hotel ist nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar, da mitten in der Innenstadt. Jedoch ist man in ca 5min zu Fuss bei den Hotelparkplätzen in der Tiefgarage."
