"Great hotel. Well situated. It is a 15min walk to the Old Town Square. There is a shopping centre over the road. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and had a great window seat. Our room had a veiw over the city. The room was very good size and very clean. "

"After entering reception desk I was advised by staff that there is no possibility of parking car because I didn't book parking place before coming. I answered that I didn't realise such necessity from my booking confirmation and on Hotels.com was only info that venue has a parking place. For my question what I can do now with my car receptionist told me that it isn't her problem and only mine and I can park in the other hotel in the neighbourhood. "Unser Aufenthalt war einzigartig! Super Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hochprofessionellem Personal und sehr moderner Ausstattung. Kleine Probleme am ersten Abend unseres Aufenthalts wurden umgehend und hochprofessionell gelöst. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und bietet sich optimal zur Erkundung der wunderschönen Stadt Poznan an. Die Innenstadt erreicht man in 15 Minuten per Tram und auch der Bahnhof ist nur 15 Minuten per Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!"

"I arrived driving rented car late from Lawica airport. Gate security was awake and instructed me where to go. I parked, walked in hotel, checked in and went to sleep. Night front desk attendant was polite and very helpful. Morning front desk attendant was very nice, and helpful. I told her I was very thirsty and she ordered right away two bottles of water for me before I checked out. This was my first time ever in Poland. Thank you very much. Greetings from the U.S.A."
