" Breakfast was good. The a/c in the room wasn't good. It couldn't keep the room cold"

"Breakfast was good but there was not enough Parking,and the Staff brought towels but, they never changed my bed sheet or even made it up for the 3 nights of my stay there; other than that I had a nice stay."

"By the bed was cheese sticks and pizza crust from previous guests, the toilet was broken and sitting with a lean, the mini fridge was broken so wouldn't turn on, the ac was also not working so the room was marking 80 degrees from when we walked in and left so we were sweating through our entire stay. Advised the staff didn't act surprised or have intention of fixing problem like calling a maintenance or something to fix the issue or provide another room but I'm guessing the whole building had no ac issues because when went to complain another guest was saying they were also with no air. The best part or only thing that was as advertised was the breakfast very clean and delicious I have them their props on that but it looked to nice to have so many issues in the suites."
