"The room I was given was much older than it appeared in the photos. The carpet was not clean, and there was a strong unpleasant smell as soon as I entered the room. The bathtub glass in the bathroom was dirty, with mold covering the edges. The walls in the room were also in poor condition, with peeling paint and visible damage in several areas."

"Checkin was horrendous. First room was unmade, there was bedlinen lining the corridors & numerous guests were irritated that their room was not ready. Checkin is at 4 but my room was not ready until. The bed was very uncomfortable & the room was cold (with a pathetic small oil heater to try & heat it). "

"When we got to the room the heating was on full and with the hotel being wooden it was like walking into a sauna. The bed was a very springy and you needed to hold tight if your wife was turning over. All in all we wasn’t able to sleep so left at 23:00 to go home. "
