"Exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with views of the famous waterfall! The staff was incredible, hard working, kind, accommodating and I can just keep going on and on. Excellent breakfast! The hotel restaurant food was great. Great location close to the funicular and train station! We hope to stay here again!"

"Staff was very welcoming, great location, lots of little amenities that you wouldn’t consider, like the fridge in lobby for guest use (most hotels here don’t have mini bar fridge in room), sauna, and fixed cost for guests at competitive price for the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable, homey, and clean. We only stayed one night, and didn’t get to fully enjoy it all, but would certainly rebook here! "
