We do not understand what you mean with “no bed sheets”. All our beds provide pillows, double mattress covers and bed sheets. On request we also provide anti allergenic bedding. If a bed is comfortable, hard or soft depends on a person's habit. We try to provide the most comfortable for our guests. We regret that this was not how you are used to sleep.
