"The breakfast was good with lots of choice. The room was comfortable and clean. It seemed that there were fewer staff available then in other hotels so we didn't really interact with staff to rate them."

"The Hotel felt very old world but with modern conveniences. The room decor and breakfast room were both lovely. Every staff member was very pleasant. A big plus was the proximity to the Metro. Just around the corner in both directions. Easy to get to Ouchy or to the old city/ train station in just 2/3 stops. Would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. The terrace was a 2x2 terrace on the side with a barely visible view of the lake through several trees. We also experienced no hot water for a full day out of a 4 day stay. While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient. My experience in similar circumstances has been that customers deserve a bit more in terms of credits or discounts to maintain satisfaction in these type of situations. "
