"Beautiful. Spa fantastic Staff helpful Mini bar refilled Only comments is air con didn’t work but they gave me another room in to sleep in at 2am when couldn’t tolerate heat anymore and they waved city fees. No milk with tea/coffee strange. Also a savoury nibble in room alongside drinks would be nice addition We found it disappointing the lobby bar closed at 10pm and LP bar at 11.30pm. I know lots of guests also felt same wanting a late night drink in the lobby. Sweet table in lobby nice however popcorn/pretsels or something savoury would be nice"
