"Food was greasy and cold. Was told pool was heated. It wasn't only hot tub. Room was nice. Staff was OK until check out. We did make a mess on the sheet and it needed to be replaced. Staff was very rude about it and over charged on the deposit refund for 1 sheet. They thought 40 was an OK amount to keep. They said we made the towls dirty. We didn't. We came back from the pool area and whe floor was wet. We used a towel to dry and that is how dirty the floor was. We had to replace they key...

"This was a nice place to stay, and given the current economy they do pretty well, the sheets are clean and crisp, the TV worked, and their Continental breakfast actually included hot scrambled eggs and sausages and a mini pancake maker! Cereal and milk, two kinds of juices, and coffee. The table area is tiny but they out big effort to see to the amenities for their guests!
The only two thing I wasn't crazy about was their pool, while clean and inviting, is rather small and situated across the...

"The entire floor was sticky. The toilet would not flush. It overflowed once everywhere at 10 pm. The front desk person was very nice. They came and cleaned it and left a plunger. The shower was not easy to use. it took several tries and different attempts to get water that wasn’t scalding or ice cold. The property had trash everywhere. The employees were nice but the facilities were terrible."

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I had high expectations based on the reviews and photos compared with other properties.
We booked a nonsmoking, pet-free room, but when we entered, it smelled like wet dog. We opened the doors to air it out and turned on the fan, which seemed to make the odor worse. We wondered whether dust or pollen had built up in the air-conditioning unit.
Later that evening, I found that both the ice machine and vending machine were out of order.
I woke up...
