"Only thing I did not like about my stay was I had a handycap parking open for my father when I arrived. I was wanting to use a bell service to handle my luggage to my room. The employee would not bring a roller cart to the handycap parking spot that was available for my father. Causing me to have to hand load my items to room myself. Vallet / bell service was right next to the handycap my father wanted to park. Therefore in my book was way not the greatest service I expected. I didnt mind even...

"The room at the new Pioneer was pretty clean. There were a few amenities. At my request, an iron and ironing board were brought to use during our stay, as well as a blow dryer. However, there was no mini coffee pot. The two water bottles in the room were helpful. The property is quite dated, and the room has no extra adornments/decorations.
