"All inclusive and very chill. Food in main resteraunt in my opinion was very good, though some of the resteraunt dinning experiences were lack luster and would not do again. Very good for families though would be.nicer if had a program for children. At this point would recommend, though construction is a bit poor and in a few years may be run down. Had ants on balcony on third floor coming from crack in structure, and saw lots of little deterioration of the property."

Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy! Pool looked nice but never used! "We had a fabulous time. Spent a week at Elia Agia in Chania. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially George!! Greeted us with a smile every morning and chatted about what local things to do and what to avoid. Our friends and my husband and I highly recommend it and hope to return soon for another visit."

No hot water on 2 out of the 3 days for shower. First day we had to run the water for 10 mins before hot water came for shower Having a bedroom upstairs and shower downstairs was so inconvenient.
