"The property is definitely in need of maintenance ie the showers, the doors, the doors to balcony stiff and hard to open and close, the drain in the bathroom; but the Irinna grew on us both it is like going back in time. The staff are absolutely incredible they make you feel so welcome are kind Friendly"

"Dionysos Village Resort is a charming hillside retreat in Lassi, ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxed, authentic Kefalonia escape with beautiful sea views. Set above the resort with sweeping vistas across the bay towards Argostoli, it feels peaceful and secluded while still being a convenient base for exploring the island and its nearby sandy beaches (bit of a walk up and down the hill). Hotel is spread across village-style buildings, with bright, air-conditioned rooms and suites that are generally spacious and functional rather than ultra-glam. We had a balcony that offered amazing views especially for sunsets. In-room amenities such as WiFi, TV and a fridge add day-to-day convenience, especially handy for families although would have been nice to have more of a kitchenette to include a sink and a hob. The heart of the property is its outdoor pool area, which enjoys lovely panoramas and a relaxed, sociable atmosphere. There is a main pool plus a separate children’s pool and sun terrace, so guests can choose between lounging quietly with a drink or playing with the kids. The on-site restaurant, bar and café serve generous, tasty dishes with a local flavour, and the pool bar is particularly popular for casual drinks while watching the sunset. Overall service comes across as warm, personal and genuinely caring, A big thank you goes to Gabby who kept the drinks flowing, whose inciteful and local knowledge was brilliant in finding local restaurants, etc!"

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were exceptional, very helpful and knowledgeable on Island things to do and places to eat. Our room was close to the incredible beach. The breakfast was exceptional with great staff and served a variety of local and international food. Thank you!"

"Very clean and beautiful hotel, the pool area is super nice. Very easy walk to Makris Gialos beach and short drive to Argostoli or the airport. The restaurant and breakfast are fantastic, very attentive and kind staff."

"Arrived 11pm but the very helpful owner had messaged us to say we could gain access immediately. There was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us-a great gesture. The apartment was good. It's quite small but the beds were ok. There was a kettle and a toaster and a small electric plug in cooker which was a little slow to heat up but was ok for very modest meals like pasta. The fridge was a good size and exactly what is needed. There were a few pots and pans and cooking equipment. The bathroom has a small shower. There was always hot water but it was very cramped and the shower head fitting kept falling off. It was not repaired even though we mentioned it on the first day. Fresh towels were provided regularly which was a very positive thing. Storage was fine once we asked for and received more hangers. There was a table and chairs outside and in and we loved having breakfast outside. The A/C was good. The pool was quiet but great after a walk up hill. Views were excellent but you are high up above Lassi. It took around 15 minutes to walk down to the main street and around 20 minutes to walk up and it was cerytainly steep! At night it was ok but in the day it was tough. The sister hotel was easy to find following the path uphill in the car park. Then turn right. The sun loungers there were great quality and the pool was much bigger. You can get breakfast there with a buffet but we did not choose to eat there. + Views, Staff, Sister Hotel Pool - Ants, Hill Climb"
