"We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The spa was excellent, the hydrotherapy pools are wonderful, the room was clean and spacious, the beach was beautiful. My only complaint was the long wait for meals at all the restaurants. However on our last night we had dinner at the French restaurant and the food was lovely and the wait time was much improved. "The resort is super small. No beach access. The closest beach is filled with seaweed. Only 1 small pool. 1 dining area. Bring your own washcloths. They don't supply them. They ran out of towels and gave pool towels for the rooms. 1 bar. Pool closed at 6pm. Dinner ended at 8:30pm. No vending machines or room service so after 8:30 no food. Two occupant room only 1 card key given. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be with their restricted abilities. The room was nice and...

"The Sugar Bay Resort was absolutely beautiful! We would stay here again. The view from our oceanfront room was nice. The hotel room and amenities were great. There is an elevator. There were plenty of chairs on the beach, with umbrellas. Most of the time chairs were available at the pool. There is a swim up bar at the pool! The food provided had a good variety. We ate at Sizzle Steakhouse and thought the steak was exceptional. There were several water activities to choose from including...

"My family and I took some time to choose the resort we wanted to stay on the island. The island is very safe and beautiful to explore outside of resort as well. The hotel is very clean, has some amazing staff that went above and beyond during our stay that we would like to shout out - Cashka and Rashad from Entertainment, Deanna and Shaq the pool servers, Russel from P&B, Darian and Damien the bartender. "The drinks were so good that I never made it for breakfast. Lol! The lunch and dinner were good though. This resort is for more of an older crowd, and everyone there besides me was retired. I enjoyed my stay there, the staff is friendly and helpful, the bartender Trey is hilarious and entertaining, and the manager is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. "
