"At the check in I was informed that aircon was broken and won’t be fixed - no apologies, no complementary offers- Nothing. Reception staff not great. Breakfast fresh but repetitive. Kitchen staff very nice. Pool area opened from 11:00 and only 10 sun beds ( most of which extremely uncomfortable) Room clean and spacious but lack of air conditioning especially at night was extremely uncomfortable. Location. Beach far away but close to the old town."

"I was exhausted and wanted to check in early, but the room wasn't ready. The receptionist who spoke perfect english offered for me to leave my bags until check in which received much of my burden. The room was perfect - the view the balcony the quiet and I requested a coffee maker and it was brought right away. The staff were exceptionally kind and took extra care when I was in need. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Staff absolutely kind - they changed me the room in order to checkin before the available time. Room and bathroom very clean. Room free space a little bit small for 2 people - you do not have enough space to leave your baggage (if the big one). Wifi very good - I worked from there and no problems about videocall. You cannot see the sea but it is 2 minutes walking from the main beach. You can also find a lot of places where to drink and eat what you want."

"We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect we were able to walk to great restaurants, shops, and many nearby attractions, which made exploring so convenient. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious options to start each day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
