Hotel is nice. Gym and pool are well cared for. The staff somehow always looked bothered when we asked them anything. And the ladies at the buffet took forever to replenish the plates (and were annoyed with me asking) but quickly cleared all the food 5 min before the end of breakfast in record time. ...

Novotel Viña del Mar
The pool is great, clean, refreshing water and the surroundings very comfortable and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed the space

Good value and very nice location. The hotel was older, which could be seen in the rooms/bathroom but it was overall a nice stay.
