It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach, I stayed in the bungalows and while they are a bit tired and out of the way, it was clean and reasonably quiet. I only ate breakfast once but there was a good selection of food. They have entertainment in the main hotel that seemed pretty good.

Pool was greate, games section was a little worn down with ping pong table rackets semi destroyed and some machines not working. Breakfast was greate, but lunch and dinner was very bad! There is many bad reviews about this for a reason!!!! The hotel has a greate location for Nissi Beach, and a short busride away form Ayia Napa downtown.

Great Location and Friendly Staff – Good for a Sho

The hotel matched the pictures and met expectations for a 3-star stay. Some rooms are renovated, others need updating, but it's still fine. Reception staff were great—my flight was late, and they let me store luggage and use shower facilities after checkout. I only had breakfast, which was the same every day, so check food options if booking all-inclusive. Overall, it's a nice place, very close to the beach, and ideal for a short beach vacation.

Stayed in the bungalows - lots of space, basic level of furniture which worked fine for our needs. Nice pool. Food and drinks were not good quality - we tried breakfast, drinks and dinner and wouldn't recommend staying if food is important to your vacation.

Hotel and room were nice and clean. Staff was friendly. There was a show every evening. Food also was very good. Good value for the money. two moments I didn't like are: 1) pool closing too soon at 6 in the evening 2) there are no juices nor water for dinner

We didn’t expect too much from a three star hotel, but the Nissiana was above expectations. The buffet breakfast was very good, the evening meal (we were half board) was very good with a different theme each night. And with food allergies, the Chef was there every night to guide me through. The pool area is beautiful. The room was comfortable. The two things I could mention was the road beside the Hotel (thus near the pool and outside dining room) was noisy. And this hotel caters to families so a lot of children running around. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Very good value for money

Clean hotel, nice pools, close to beautiful Nissi Beach, good evening programme on 4 days of a week. We stayed with all inclusive and it was great, however my daughter has milk-allergy and the allergens were not properly described, and could be more choice of desserts for people having food-allergy (they had only milk-free ice cream). The gym would be great to open earlier, at around 7am. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you.

Tired and not serviceminded staff in reception and restaurant. Ok breakfast, lunch not so good and dinner terrible. Gym really nice but equipment needs lubrication and service. Really good cleanliness and standard for 3 star hotel.

location is perfect just several minutes to the Nissi beach. breakfast was the same every morning and when you stay there for a week it is very boring. rooms are very small. We have paid additional 150 euro for an extra kid, but they didn’t upgrade the room and we were 4 people in very small room. Service in reception is very poor and rudely. In a few words its a budget hotel with suitable services.

We spent a fantastic time at Nissiana Hotel. The rooms were tidy, the food was with great variety and we all found something for our taste. Managed to gain 2 kg :) Thank you! :) Being there with 2 kids, we found the pool area a perfect place to relax. It was perfectly clean with a lifeguard (who took his work a bit too seriously :)) Every evening there was a program which suited every age. A big thanks to the hotel staff as well who were helpful and friendly all the time...perhaps a bit more smile at the reception would have made it 5 ;) it just 5 this way ;) Nissi beach was literally a 5-minute, convenient walk from the hotel. The beach, especially the little island part of it, was a perfect location for the kids and for our snorkeling needs :) Landa beach also 15-minutes walk away (don't take the bus :)). Imho - Highly recommended.

Property is clean but some rooms need updating. Parking was always available. We were All inclusive but as a vegetarian, nothing was labelled at the buffet which was a problem for us. My room wasn’t available when I arrived, so was given a different room and then the next day was asked to change back to the original room that was booked. I was only at the hotel for four days and didn’t want to waste my time going from room to room, so after a few conversations , I was allowed to stay in the room. Swimming pool is great. Besides the initial problem with our room, the hotel is very nice and relaxing for people with a budget.
