Excellent service from all the staff. Wonderful room overlooking the pool. Would say the bathroom was a little tired and could invest in some new towels but this hotel is a little oasis in the heart of Napa.

Property offered excellent value for money. Staff was extremely attentive and polite, especially the team taking care of housekeeping, the restaurant and the reception. I would highlight the pool facilities and the lounge as the best amenities. Unfortunately the surrounding area of the hotel is very loud and generic. The area around Aiya Napa is much quieter, which would suit this property better.

Staff are friendly . The hotel is clean and tidy . The extras on all you can eat are amazing . Choice of three different restaurants. Italian , sushi and an American style cafe . Definitely coming back

ALL staff members are friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists who greet you, the restaurant staff and the cleaners. Around the pool we were given complimentary shots of smoothies, watermelon and cold towels throughout the day, every day. The breakfast buffet was one of the largest i’ve ever seen, so many options with allergy friendly options too! The rooms are cool and kept clean daily. Location is perfect, you are able to walk to shops and restaurants. We did hire a car but we saw loads of taxis and busses to get around. Overall, a great choice of hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

The staff were very good, friendly and accommodating. In a hot climate, there were no ice machines on the floors. The room furnishing were near the end of their useful time and needed to be refreshed. The bed mattress was not good. But overall, a nice place to stay. The hotel restaurant, Sale Pepe, was very good and most convenient to get a table and enjoy the evening along the street. Staff there were great.

An fantastic vacation at this gem!

We stayed for 2 weeks in junior suite no 1. The suite had an small balcony facing the street. If you're sensitive to noise this is not the room for you. The noise from the street or the restaurants under the room didn't bother us at all. We do normally live in an bustling city so we like the noise more then a totally quiet place. The suite i spacious and do have a lot's of storage. The bathroom had both an shower and an jacuzzi. An small group in an sitting area. The room was kept spotless by the housekeeping staff. Towels was changed every day. We were enjoying the hotels all inclusive program and what an bargain! Three times per week we were able to book each of the restaurants attached to the hotel. We we're then served the most beautiful and tasty drinks and wine's. All of the food we tried was to die for! So so good! The other nights the dinner was served in the buffet restaurant and that was also really good and high quality food and wines. The lunch was served in the lounge area near the pool, it was from ala carte menu. Breakfast was also delicious and served as an buffet. High quality liquor, wines an beers were served in the pool bar near the lounge. All blended by professional bartenders and beautiful served with fruits, flowers and so on. Service with cold an refreshing towels by the pool. You can also order drinks, food, snacks and so on from the waiter's serving around the pool. All of the staff are really polite, serviceminded people.

Decent hotel but could do with an upgrade

Good location. Nice hotel but could do with some refurbishing as rooms were dated in appearance but also doors were missing on cupboards/fridge, chunks out of woodwork etc. The toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor/wall properly and leaked - when we raised with maintenance they said “please refrain from using it” which meant we ended up using toilets in other parts of the hotel and in restaurants/bars. The staff were helpful and friendly. The quality of drinks/food at the pool bar were clearly different for all-inclusive guests and pay as you go guests, which is frustrating when we have paid a large amount of money for poor quality food and drink items. Also, all-inclusive menus for food were restricted to certain times but paying guests could still have items for the full menu which was a strange system and confusing to know when we can actually order. Overall, decent stay but could be a lot better with improvements.
