Don’t waste your money

I checked in early, only to find a cockroach in my bathroom, a broken tv and a shower that had only cold water. When I called to get it taken care of I was just told that the tv “has been broken”, they were “sorry” about the shower and they sent the maintenance man to scoop up the roach from the restroom. Paid full price for the stay. It was horrible. Will not be staying here again.

Stay far away

Better off staying at a $50 place than here. First room they gave us smelled like urine and smoke. Didn’t even look at the entire room before asking to be moved. The desk attendant didn’t really care and acted like it was normal. The next room smelled better but still gross. No A/C in the hallway, the toilet was so short it was like squatting, no hot water, wifi was horrible, tv had a huge black line down the middle, flat pillows, and sketchy people in the hallways at 1am. This place was horrible!

Low Water Pressure Takes 5 minutes to fill toilet

Very disappointed at how low the water pressure was. Toilet literally was at a trickle to fill up between flushes. I had to use the ice bucket and fill with water from tub to get it to fill faster. We are a family of four and everyone needed to use the restroom but had to wait 5 mins just to flush the toilet. Seriously? If that wasn't enough the water coming out of the shower head was horrible. The head didnt have enough pressure to keep the lifter on spout all the way up. More water came out the spout than the shower head. I guess next time I will sacrifice the extra $20 and stay at another brand hotel. Ive stayed here before and didnt have an issue but according to the front desk they said that's how the water pressure is in all the rooms yet it's funny how the restroom in the lobby downstairs filled a lot faster than the room.
