Front desk was efficient and courteous. Overall room looked clean. The only reason I give it a 3 is because there was a roach in our room on the ceiling, which we managed to get rid of but it was still unpleasant. Did make a big deal of it because the room didn't look dirty. I'm from FL and sometimes when it rains you get those big ones and it was raining during my stay.
