"Room needs updating. Carpet was wrinkling, seat cushions worn out, needs painted, pools are nice, but broken fountains and worn out padding. Food was mediocre and overall facilities need serious maintenance "

We stayed at the concierge level where we had happy hour included from 5-7pm everyday and connecting rooms. The resort has snorkeling where you can see fish right from the beach. "

"What a beautiful hotel with the Spanish decor. The pools were lovely as was the beach. Food was amazing in Brisas Restaurant. They have almost finished renovating the main dining area and it’s going to be beautiful. The staff were all so friendly. We were there for 3 nights during the Middle East war so it was very quiet and we had the beach and amenities to ourselves. I highly recommend this hotel."
