"The staff were lovely, very friendly and accommodating, allowing an early check in due to the timing of a celebration we had travelled for. The breakfast was delicious with lots if gluten free options; even pancakes! I would definitely stay there again."
"The room was a little small but beautifully decorated and extremely clean. They has left a small window open to ley cool air in since this hotel does not have AC and it has been a bit hot."
"Convenient city centre location, but quiet inside hotel, apart from a nearby clock tower which chimes every 15 minutes and can be heard from inside. Rooftop restaurant and bar with lovely views. Modern room with high ceilings, AC and fridge in room. Room 4/5 because bathroom was very small, no coffee machine, robe or slippers (as you usually get in other hotels in this price range)."

"Staff were amazing, food absolutely delicious, thank you to the restaurant manager and Ewan. Unfortunately a few groups were around with limitations to the bar ‘Prom night’, which vastly reduced where to socialise. The elevator is quite small and dated )a new one is in construction). Access for wheelchair/scooter very limited, the doors need to be a both way action, trying to pull a door towards you was a struggle whilst driving the scooter."
