"Everything about this property was exceptional. I don't have any complaints, and I have to be honest from the moment I walked in.,Actually, let me stop from the first phone call that I placed to the hotel to let them know that I was arriving a little bit early they were so commodating,when I got there. I was greeted with a smile. The customer service was impeccable.Everyone that I interacted with throughout my stay was very nice and pleasant. The atmosphere was so comforting.The complimentary breakfast was amazing. I didn't get the opportunity to check out the restaurant . But from what I saw it looks very chic,dark and cozy nice enough for a date night or just to have a drink at the bar.I'm sure when I go back next time I will definitely visit the restaurant there. Everything went smoothly from My check-in to my checkout.I will definitely be visiting again and you should too. And how could I forget, I had one of the best rooms with an amazing view and fireplace.The bed was very comfortable.Everything in that room was spotless simply amazing.Thank you for making my stay at La Tourelle Inn and Spa a wonderful experience. And last but definitely not least,Jessica VanEtten you're front office manager she is definitely an asset to your company. "Hotel was ok, could benefit from some updating. One of our two beds in Room #19 was broken so that wasn't great. I'd try it again due mostly to close proximity to Ithaca College."

"Spa is amazing with excellent staff. Would highly recommend everyone visit and have a relaxing day at the spa. However, the restaurants connected with the hotel are okay at best. The fine dining restaurant was okay & had decent food, yet nothing wowed me it really missed the mark for excellent food at a fine dining restaurant. The pub restaurant was good, anything with brisket is excellent but again some of the other choices are missing components that could make the food really good. I had the artichoke and shrimp salad and was looking forward to something different, but it was just blah, it needs a better dressing and maybe feta cheese or something else added to bring the salad together. Staff were excellent at the pub."
