"Parking is not available at the hotel, and we did not drive, we were dropped off via taxi at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities. Staff were extremely helpful, food was good and fresh. Nice outdoor seating/eating area, also a cozy sitting area to enjoy a glass of wine. Would definitely book here again."

After a long day on the trail, we received a really friendly welcome and immediately felt at home. "Staff in the restaurant/spa bar/spa were really helpful and pleasant. The indoor pool was great. Sadly we didn't get to use the outdoor pool as it rained but it did look very nice. View from our room was lovely too. We booked breakfast on one day but found it too much after dinner the previous night. We ate at taste of Cornwall one night. The food was very good but the room was very dark and the music stopped a couple of times and nobody around to turn it back on, so lacked a nice ambience."

I walked straight back out and handed keys back. I’d rather do The 150 miles than stay in that room. Some people say it’s nice, that’s ok if you drink. "Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!"
