This property looks abandoned from the outside but once you enter the lobby it looks better ! The rooms are out dated and ice machine wasn’t working on our floor the lounge that was available beneath the hotel should be free for guests. First time booking I wouldn’t book again only because I had to drive pretty far to get to where I wanted to go !

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom could have been cleaned better, as hair was on the floor and the tub. I had a great time at the lounge.

Absolutely furious about our stay. The person who checked us in (Robert) was wonderful. We checked in at 2:15am, got into the room at 2:30am, finally got to sleep at about 3am after driving for 8 hours. Our intention was to sleep until checkout at 11am and then hit the road for the other 10 hours of our drive we had ahead of us. We were woken up at 7AM to construction taking place on our floor (the 5th floor) and the floor above us. Power tools, vaccuums, hammering and loud talking/ yelling by whoever was doing the work. My two children woke up first followed by myself and my wife. We were furious. We got 4 hours of sleep instead of 7 and ended up just packing up and leaving because of the noise. We could have been warned there would be construction, especially that damn early. Or they could have put us on a floor farther away from the work being done knowing that we had been driving all day with 2 small children and didn’t get checked in until we’ll after midnight. Absolutely furious about our stay and the staffs lax attitude about it when we checked out.

This hotel has a Club in house, terrible, the noise, the trash in the parking lot, no parking I had to park away from the front door, I felt very unsafe, there was a long line in the hotel which block the guests from getting to the elevator. I’ll never stay again, I will not.

Good Location

Easy check in. Hotel is located in a great location for train, and if you are going to the football game. Hotel was clean, bathroom was a little outdated but clean. Overall, nice place to stay. Staff is nice and helpful. Only stayed one night for the football game on Sunday!

Bizarre Saturday night. There was not a single parking space available when we came back to hotel at 10:30 PM. There were 2 events going on and hundreds of cars driving around looking for spots. Total chaos--Sheriff's officer was there. Had to stay at another hotel. No help from front desk or hotel manager.

Who needs to get to sleep before midnight?

Hotel is fine if you can sleep through a disco. The hotel has a nightclub on site that rattles the building til well after midnight. If you need a good night of sleep, DO NOT STAY here…and our room was as far from the nightclub as possible. Oh…and if you leave the property during the evening hours there may be no parking upon return due to the nightclubbers parking.

Ok stay.

They have a gift shop but was not open at all times posted. There is a nightclub on premise that has very strict dress code and cover charge. Breakfast was excellent. Beds are uncomfortable. Bring your own pillow because the ones they have a little.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I had an issue with my first room, clogged tub, so they upgraded us to the penthouse. The penthouse made my family and I feel like 70s superstars lol. It was spacious and had enough room for us all. Downside:The property was outdated, in need of renovations, and breakfast was $9.95 tax. Also the pool is outdoor.
