Out in the sticks but a few towns within a 15 minute drive.

Very brief stay as travelled for the solstice but lovely property. Loved the history and little features. Nice garden also. Very peaceful and a lovely pub nearby thats walkable.

Didn’t have breakfast. The evening menu is poor. Just nothing healthy or appealing. Paying extra to park is poor in this non urban hotel too. Everything else was fine apart from a bedside table that hadn’t been cleaned.

We checked in on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The feeling of comfort when we stepped into the Royal Lion and how we were welcomed made our day. Awesome hotel in a quaint seaside town! Rooms came as advertised. Would recommend staying at the Royal Lion if you are planning on going to or through Lyme-Regis. ...

I work nights so don’t really get to see anyone but all amenities are here,fair amount of road noise but that’s down to me working nights not the fault of property
