"Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up...
"10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. "
"Beautiful style home with inviting common spaces, great shared bathroom amenities, comfortable mattress in River Room ( though sagged a bit), and wonderful location on quiet street just off the River Path. "

"Great place! Loved the duck theme. The rooms were super cute and very comfy. There was great shopping and dining options steps away. We went to a show at the Hult Center and it was across the street so we didn’t have to worry about driving or parking. "

"What amazes me most about staying at the Mediterranean is how close the event location for The Climate Pledge is and that they have free parking. I also am very impressed that my room was large and spacious and yet it was the least expensive one they list. Very wonderful place to stay."
"Staff here was very friendly and quick to respond to any needs. Although hotel is located on busy street, it was not noisy and we slept very comfortably. We liked the price and we were able to walk to restaurants and the farmers market."
