Small Hotel but quaint. Close to downtown Landshut. Not modern, but rooms are comfortable, clean and nice. What makes the stay is the employees. They were great and even had breakfast to go for me... Delicious!! They have a great little bakery that makes wondelful treats. Would book again anytime.

Im Portal stimmen die Angaben zum Hotel nicht. Es ist definitiv nicht barrierefrei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war Klasse. Ansonsten war es sauber aber das Ambiente ist eher altmodisch.

Je zou van de voorkant van 't verblijf niet verwachten dat ze nog zoveel ruimte hebben. Een achtertuin en ook de royale kamers. Meteen 't centrum in kunnen lopen. Wat een mooie en kleurrijke stad. Het verblijf en de stad was voor ons verblijf van een nachtje (tussenstop reis) helemaal top.

I loved staying at Hotel Himmel. The staff was always super friendly and accommodating. Because I was a guest, they checked my vaccination status only once and then remembered me every time I ate there and never asked me a second time for my paperwork. The food was amazing. The room was huge despite the fact that I only had a “small” one. I also remembered that my great-grandma used to live in the building before it became a Hotel. She lived there about 40 years ago. Good memories. Danke Amy für deine Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit.

Heat broken in room

I have stayed here before and loved it the first time - however the first time I had heat. The second time, the heat was broken in the room near the bed. I spent a cold night the first night wearing a jacket to bed (you can't reach anyone after hours here so just sucked it up) for the night. In the morning I asked to be moved or the heat to be fixed. They did not move me or fix the heat, but dropped off a heater that did not work. They sent someone up to check out the heater which did not work, they could not get it to work either and just turned on the heat on the far side of the room - so still a cold room, they then gave me the remote to the broken heater as if that could make it work - bizarre. I asked for a discount cause the heat did not work properly - no response.

Einfach super…..

Ein schneller Check-in, ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer, gutes WLAN und eine Flasche Wasser….. Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert gewesen und ich habe mich sauwohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war lecker, mit Marmelade, Wurst, Käse, einem perfekt weich gekochten Ei und ein leckeren Jogurt mit frischem Obstsalat. Beinah hätte ich die mega leckeren und seit langen besten Brötchen vergessen. Ich komme bestimmt wieder….. Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft….

I’ve been trying to contact the hotel on the night of my stay on the phones were not working it was the night of the 21st and there was a storm I was stuck outside the hotel in the rain the door was not answered I tried several times after no avail I had to find another hotel to stay I would appreciate it if my money was returned we can check with the hotel that it was not open when I arrived

das zimmer war dunkel und mit energiesparlampen auch nicht richtig gut zu beleuchten,fenster zum nachbarhausfenster eine armlänge entfernt,ein (küchen?-)abluftrohr fiepte und rauschte tag und nacht, schlafen bei offenem fenster unmöglich.lage am fluß und entfernung zur altstadt sind prima.
