"Stayed in suite 2. Communication prior to stay was good re parking and check in which was as advised. Only slight issue was getting info suite which had very stiff front door. Lovely apartment , very clean on arrival with complimentary beer , prosecco and soft drinks. Information provided in apartment advised it would be serviced following day. Jacuzzi worked once we got the hang of it.TV kept pixeling but got better. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Stayed Friday and Saturday night, got back...

"The reason we rate this Hotel so poorly is because our two night stay in mid July turned into a one night day because the room had no ventilation, no fresh air coming in by any way, except the window and the window was adjacent to the roof line where if we kept the window open, there was the possibility of a rodent coming in through the unscreened window and without the window being open, the room turned into an oven. "Best Holiday Inn we've stayed in!
We had a disabled access room and it was huge! Very clean. Absolutely most effective AC we've had in a UK hotel!
Staff friendly. Hotel welcoming with free refreshments at reception.
Breakfast good."

"Time were ok. The location of the hotel is in the centre of the city. We visited on the weekend and the nine from nearby pubs went on till late night. The windows are not sound proof. There's lot of outside noise through the night. Probably not on weekdays. Beds were just ok. Sheets were neat and clean."
