"Large free car park. Staff were super friendly and soon sorted out some room problems. Dining area has been recently refurbished with a pleasant outlook over the canal. Corridor areas and the rooms we stayed in, although clean, large and functional seemed a bit tired and in need of a refurb. Powerful shower. Lift doesn't go to all floors. Doesn't seem to have Air conditioning. Breakfast was fine. Good location about 1 mile from Skipton town centre. Bus stop opposite takes you into Skipton if you don't want to drive."

"Excellent hotel with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. There was a great variety of options to choose from, and the self-service waffle machine was a fun and unique touch that made breakfast even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others."

"Staff were very helpful and did all they could to make our stay pleasurable. The bar area was fine and the bar staff were helpful. The sea view area at the front was very nice and Comfortable. Whilst the room was decorated, the bed wasn’t comfortable, sofa bed was classified and double bed however it was horrific to sleep on. Breakfast’s price was reasonable, continental option was good but the full English was average ."
