"The price quoted when booked on Expedia was not fully honored and I was told by staff that an Expedia problem I had 1 room with 5 adults was charged $45 for the extra adult but further down in the agreement it stated it should have been $15 more for the extra adult. "Breakfast was great. And the breakfast staff was great very friendly and helpful.
The sleeper sofa was terrible and felt like sleeping on straight springs. Asked front desk about getting something to help and she said- sorry they’re new sleeper sofas and they all feel like that. Nothing we can do about it. We had to get several extra blankets to try to cushion the mattress. Also, the room smelled like mildew every time you walked in thought maybe after running the air-conditioning that it would...

"Beds a bit soft but otherwise comfortable. Fridge in room. 24 HR coffee. No deluxe breakfast-only plain bagels in crowded room. Shower shot water over curtain & into the room. Maid took away wet towels but not replaced. Room phone did not work. Pool not heated. Whirlpool out of service. Explanation was that motel was between old & new management"

"A delightful experience staying at this Hotel. The facility is modern, up to date and with many amenities not found at properties in this price range. The room was comfortable, spacious and included a Jacuzzi right in the bedroom!
The breakfast was staffed with attentive personnel that worked very hard to provide a clean and purposeful environment, excellent!"

"Every room has parking out front the door. Traffic was loud and steady making sitting outside less enjoyable. Beds in the double room are not queen size, felt like a full bed and cramped for 2 adults. Absolutely no breakfast but coffee and no real milk. Convenient location. Buggies go by. Very clean."

"Rooms are odd. Beds share the wall with the TV so you have to really want to zone out at the end of the night to make it happen comfortably. Beds are too soft my back was killing me in the morning. Overall nice place with an English style pub in the same building. Staff was very nice!"

"The room was tiny and at an angle, water ran out of the shower to pool in the corner of the bathroom. The ceilings were low and my bf could barely fit in the shower. Rugs were old. It was clean, just not what I expected for the price. Wouldn't stay again."
