"The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. "This is the best B & B I ever stayed in. The accommodation is superb, The house is beautifully decorated and adorned by marvellous paintings by a local artist. The hosts Pablo and Grove are friendly, welcoming and generous. The breakfast menu was excellent, everthing is homemade and in the afternoon we were offered tea, coffee and amazing cake. The only disadvantage is that you have to drive elsewhere in the evening for dinner though I believe the hosts can provide additional meals if requested. This is a wonderful place to stay"
