"ซื้อห้องพัก 2 ห้อง และซื้ออาหารเช้าสำหรับ 4 คน แบบชำระเงินล่วงหน้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่เจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมแจ้งว่า ซื้อแต่ห้อง 2 ห้องอย่างเดียว ราคาที่จ่ายมานี้ยังไม่รวมค่าอาหารเช้า โรงแรมกำลังปล้นค่าอาหารเช้า คนละ EUR 26 x 4 = EUR104.- แย่จังเลยครับ โทรแจ้ง Hotel dot com แล้ว เจ้าหน้าที่ชื่อ คุณอรทัย เธอไม่ให้ความช่วยเหลือใดๆๆ นิ่งเฉยกับเหตุการณ์ที่แจ้งให้จัดการ คงคิดว่าไม่ใช่ความผิดพลาดของตัวเอง. แต่เงินเดือนคุณมาจากค่ายายหน้าระหว่างลูกค้ากับโรงแรมต่างๆๆ ทั่วโลก ปราศจากการดูแล...

"I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Clark’s. The hotel has an old world charm. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. My room was spacious but I did not care for the two single beds - I felt as if II was going to fall off the bed! That was not what I had booked. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet and on several days breakfast was served in two different restaurants. There was live Indian classical music in one of the Restaurants. The area around the Hotel is good with a mall next door. "
