"My wife and I loved our getaway at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and our room was great. Our covered balcony overlooked the lake and we could enjoy it even in the rain. The restaurant had great food and the hotel was close to Jamestown and the Lucy Desi Museum and the Comedy Center which I highly recommend."
"When arriving on the property there was a groups of people smoking and drinking had to walk around them. There were kids playing everywhere. I sure they are permanent residents at the inn. When I first entered the Inn check-in there were many flies at the front desk the employee would swat them away. Not something one wants to be walking to especially on vacation. I was on the second floor and the stairs up were covered in dried rice. It stayed like that what felt like all day. The room itself...
"This is a historic property. It was quaint, quiet, and clean. We were made to feel very welcome. It was so fun to walk around and see all the homes and amenities in the Chautauqua Institute."
"Upon arrival there was no one at the desk , but the keys to our room were there with our names clearly on them. A phone next to the counter with a sign says pick up if you have any questions. So I did, person answering said we were all set. Room were clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again. Cheers "
