"I stayed for three nights and was very disappointed with the parking assistance. They were rude and did not acknowledge me or my partner. They also seemed unwilling to help move their parking barricade, despite the fact that I paid $75 per night to park there. Not only was my room not ready for check-in, but I was told they would call me when it was ready, which they never did. I ended up checking in 30 to 45 minutes late. The room was not even clean. I found a comb, dirty socks and hair in the drain. Our television and air conditioning did not work. When I informed the front desk about the situation, the front lady appeared annoyed, but the maintenance technician was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I was quite dissatisfied with my overall stay, especially considering the price point I paid."

What truly elevated the experience was the staff. Every interaction from check-in to daily encounters was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they take pride in providing excellent service, and it shows in the little details that make guests feel valued and cared for. The breakfast was another highlight. It offered a great variety and was consistently fresh and satisfying, making it the perfect way to start each day before heading out to explore Niagara Falls. Overall, Vittoria Hotel delivers on all the essentials, cleanliness, comfort, hospitality, and quality. It’s a place where everything just feels easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls."
