I enjoyed my stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the shower pressure was perfect. The room was very clean overall however, the bathroom floor wasn't mopped.

Very comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. Friendly desk staff, modern decor, clean, spacious, comfortable room. Felt safe and so many dining and entertainment options within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Lakeland, FL.

Nice place to stay for the airshow. My husband is handicapped and everything met our needs. Pool very accessible, only wish it was heated. Bed was so comfortable. Loved that there is a Kuerig in the room. Breakfast was just okay. We were not a fan of the bacon or French toast. Overall happy that we picked this hotel.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise! Clean, comfortable, great service, clean area. The room layout was perfect for my family (2 adults, 2 kids). Breakfast has several hot options, plus cereals and pastries. Can’t ask for more from a free breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Although it is a newly renovated and very clean property, it is also in great condition. Housekeeping is a different issue. Housekeeping does not occur daily and is something that the front desk should have mentioned at check-in. When we got back to our room late at night, we had no way of having housekeeping, clean the room then and the front desk personal had to bring up clean towels. Not to mention only one employee at the front desk after hours in the building. Also, the wall unit ACs are not very efficient in keeping the room cold throughout the night and shuts off periodically. Didn’t expect to have an AC problem in a newly renovated property. Overall, it’s better than the rest of the hotels in the immediate area.

This hotel is a gem, great location to downtown and the RP funding center. They have a shuttle that will run you down to the local restaurants, bars. They have their own small bar and the bartender is wonderful. We have stayed there numerous times and the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is great too. It is close to our son at Florida Southern College, so we stay quite often. I highly recommend this hotel.

My room was never cleaned. I put do not disturb until around noon, and they simply never came back to clean the room.
