"When we arrived we were told that we already checked in and there was no room for us. Upon further review, the front desk associate checked in someone else under our room. "The hotel was clean, room clean, staff nice, breakfast ok, pool and hot tub could have been warmer. Hotel is a little older so it needs some work but it was very clean"
