He was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions with professionalism and care. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever experienced in the South. With my OCD, cleanliness is very important to me, and I can honestly say I did not feel the need to clean anything myself—which is rare. Overall, this was one of my best hotel experiences, and I will absolutely be staying here again. "

"When we checked in, we were charged $30 (cash only) for our dog (we noticed later that this was supposed to be $20). We were also forced to take a smoking room because we have a dog. The dog does not smoke, nor do we! The first room we were provided had a half-eaten chicken wing on the floor beside the bed, and it smelt like an old bingo hall filled with smoke. We were far too tired to change hotels at this point and were offered another room, which smelt less smoky and more like bad aftershave. The next morning when going to take a shower we realized that the door on the bathroom would not actually close fully and that there were a pair of men’s underwear on the floor behind it. Additionally, the toilet seat was not actually attached and instead just sitting on the toilet. Needless to say we would never stay there again and hope this helps prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. "

"Getting on the WiFi was a nightmare to sign onto. It took multiple times entering the same ID and password to get in. When I tried to sign in another device, it wouldn’t allow it. Same problem for my wife’s phone. Absolutely frustrating. This should be a user friendly process that doesn’t require unnecessary user info. Worst experience I’ve ever had in all my hotel stays over the decades! Get IT to revamped their processes and policies to accommodate the customer sign-on."
