Disliked: Check-in, communication
This was the worst travel experience I've ever had. The property manager never answered the phone, so we had to fully communicate through text. They took over an hour to respond initially, so we couldn't even begin the check in process until 5pm the day of. Well, turns out, this condo is listed in a lot of places and ended up being double booked. Initially the manager sent us someone else's info, including full name and length of stay, as well as door codes. This is a major safety issue! Once I clarified I was not the person they were addressing, the manager claimed to not have our reservation, even though I sent her screenshots multiple times. So we ended up being stranded and having to find last minute accommodations for our trip.
