I had a great stay at the Jeffrey Hotel! The King bedroom was beautiful and had a fireplace. Everything was very cleaned. I didnt have any issues with virtual check in and check out. Will come again.

The Jeffrey is a comfortable, “zero contact” hotel, whose team is very responsive via phone or text - which can be rare for this type of place. The facilities are clean and modern, with no frills. It is all digital with no one there. I called the phone number displayed and they walked me through the process of checking in and out. It was quiet, small property. Rooms were clean. I wish tv had normal cable channels. They only offer Hulu Netflix and you use your own account. A little more digital than I am used to but overall a great short overnight stay. Also close to main drag where casinos are.

Really enjoyed this property for the price and location. We were able to walk easily to the lake and the stateline shops. We had a plugged up shower drain and tv issues but they corrected the issue with no problems and super efficient. We got a chance to sit on the patio and listen to the concert at Harvey’s outdoor concert and it was great.
