"The room and the property was clean and comfortable. The problem was is that the elevator was broken when I checked in. The staff member that check me in told me it was no big deal. It was only one flight up to my room. I told her it was a big deal as I had quite a bit of luggage, one prosthetic knee and one that needed replacement. She also told me that she never booked a room that is nonrefundable just in case anything like this happens. By the time I got done at the front desk every time she opened her mouth I got more angry."

"I don’t normally review hotels. However, we stayed one night to visit the quartz mines with my son… when we came back 1-2 days later I noticed I had itchy bites in my back, legs and arms… also my son! Would not recommend this hotel at all… so unfortunate. Beware of the bed bugs!"

"Although the property is overall decent, the room had an ant infestation, and when the front desk was notified, they gave us a pest spray to use. There was no mention of parking charge in the hotels.com ad, and neither was anything mentioned when checking in - later saw a $5 charge for parking on my cc. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was also broken. Management needs to put attention the detail."

"My experience was alright. Somewhat decent for a budget hotel. Room was very spacious, bed sheets were clean. I did a test on the surfaces by wiping them with a towel and alcohol and was completely spotless. Cannot say the same for the floor though, as it seems like they don’t mop it regularly. Picked up a lot of dirt when wiping a towel across the floor. The A/C unit was a little janky, as it wouldn’t maintain the set temperature and the room had a stale smell to it. Also there is a door that separates the room and the next door that is not very soundproof. I could clearly hear my neighbors whispering and watching family guy. Lastly, the TV wasn’t functional. Other than that, it’s alright. Has a gym and washer and dryer. Staff was also kind as well."
