"I had a reservation for 5 nights and checked in online however when I showed at the hotel they were over booked and gave my room away. So I was stranded in the middle of the night in a town I wasn’t familiar with and the front desk clerk did not offer to help or do anything other then suggest to cancel my reservation.
They did manage to honor the rest of my stay but not having a room for a night definitely soured the entire experience "

This hotel stands out as one of the best I have stayed at!
Its staff is fantastic, the hotel is clean and comfortable, great bed, no stains or crappy sheets, fantastic water pressure in the shower.
Even the breakfast selection was fresh and warm and the area was clean and picked up..

"Air conditioning was on the money,set the thermostat when I first walked in and did not have to touch it anymore. Parking was exelent and a very quiet place to relax."

"Clean room. Excellent breakfast.
A/C did not cool room well. I ended up sleeping on the couch in front of A/C unit since the cool air was not getting to the end of the room where bed was located. Room needs a ceiling fan or better A/C unit."

"It was okay enough. Rooms did the job and they were decent. We had a rough time checking in... The front desk lady kept saying we hadn't paid, even though we had the receipt and proof of transaction on our cards. Finally, she just let us go on but we couldn't have access to any wifi and such. It was annoying, but we were on there to sleep, so I just let it be."
