"We were on the ground floor and had a spider, a cricket and some other bug on the floor. Bed was comfortable and room was clean but not as nice in person as it looked online. We were attending a conference and were only there to sleep and shower. I wouldn't want to hang around there"

"The room was clean beds comfortable front desk staff was Ok. The pool area was under construction but yet open not sure what was happening with that situation. Our room had an entrance right onto the pool deck which ok which also lead to front lobby but you need a hotel key to exit and enter off the lobby That’s good for safety It was a nice stay would stay again if in the area. It was only 1 night family trip in progress. It’s also close to a lot of shopping n eat locations"

"This was a great place to stay for me. When I travel for work, I certainly do not need any of the bells and whistles. The hotel doesn't have much amenities (just a small fitness room and a couple of vending machines) but the room was well modernized and very clean. I got the impression they spent the money on what matters and that's the way I like it. I interacted with two different staff members throughout my stay and both were absolute pleasure to deal with. The location was great too. Close to major highways, shopping plazas, restaurants, gas stations etc. Now, there is a train track in distance so you will hear the trains every once a while. I heard it while I was doing some work at night but it wasn't loud enough that I was able to get a good sleep in silence with my ear plugs on."

"Grounds around the building were unkept and the property is allowing shipping containers to be stored in the back. There was a lot of noise from work forces working around these containers. Very un-characterized of Hilton Properties. The hotel offers room service only every other day, so make sure you request either daily service or don’t throw your towels in the shower floor because they may still be waiting there when you get back at night !! Oh, they cut the service in half, but they still charge Hilton prices for every night ! The industry is increasing their profits while cheapening the service to its customers !!"

"Great property in a beautiful town far enough away from the city. Free parking was great and staff were all helpful and friendly. Place is very professionally run - this is a hidden gem ( hope it stays that way 😉) I’ll return next time I’m in the area - room was clean and comfortable and the extra pillows we requested were in the room when we arrived,"
