"There is no elevator so keep that in mind. The staff was hard to track down (even at the front desk). The location is great and the room was clean. The breakfast was nice, but the staff was very strict so be sure to have everything they require."

"Economical place to stay in Arlington for a long weekend. Room was clean but smelled a little damp and musty. Beds slept good and room was quiet with the a/c fan running. Breakfast consisted of a communal loaf of bread to make toast along with a tub of margarine and jars of jelly and peanut butter for toppings. A couple of different kinds of prepackaged sweet cakes were also available. Jugs of milk and juice were in a small refrigerator to pour and a coffee maker rounded it out. Room had a microwave and small fridge so we grabbed some microwaveable food from the nearby grocery store. 14/81 Bar and Grill is right next door with good food and entertainment in the evenings. Overall a decent place to stay if you want to be in Arlington rather than paying double to stay in Brookings."
