"The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. "Awesome "

"Mylene the care taker is superb. The place is quiet which is a plus, too quiet that we were the only guests. Breakfast food was native and delicious. "

"Excellent staff, was moved to different room immediately when there was a problem with airconditioner leaking. Central location convenient to UPLB."

"Staff very helpful "

"The staff was very friendly and very attentive, which more than makes up for the facilities, which need updating. Our room was clean and we were well taken care of so we throughly enjoyed our quiet time in the resort. Thank you. "

"Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!"

"The staff was friendly and willingness to help"

"When I arrived, they acted as if I didn't have a reservation. Expedia wouldn't give me the money back, either, so a big big disappointment, this hotel. Good thing I had someplace else to stay!"
